Ok so I read the instructions several times.
this what am coming across, if it makes any sense.
when i choose other for manufactured it doesnt give the choice to enter C2001 as you said, unless I got into search for my device, which once i enter C2001 and hit next it comes up with no match found.
other scenario
If i go I choose cable box and go Other for Manufactured, then it doesnt let me move forward.
any ideas what am missing ?
If I choose Cable Box and Custom, then it gives me the option to load the Bin, however I've tried that.
what am i missing? also tried to rename the bins to 2001 instead of 2010
Help plz

You not following the instructions at no point do I mention C2001, the BIN files and the custom code are C2010. And I never say enter C2001.
I'm not sure which method you are using, but install the standalone slingplayer and follow my instructions. The instructions for the browser version are written by Sling are not very good.

Hey Alan,
Thanks for the feedback, from the sounds of it, you want me to use the sling player on the computer and not go through the setup on the sling website right? I"ll give it try later when I get home for sure n let you know.
Thanks for the support.

Hey Allan,
These are the steps i did as per your instructions
tried loading the files through the slingplayer and you suggested,
Under Cable for device
Manufactured Other
Model-Custom
the files are recognized when I enter C2010 matching the file name.
I am not sure if the problem is in the file or not, tomorrow am gonna have a friend going over to the slingbox location to do some testing on the Ir Blasters, since I have the 4 of them pointing at the Meo Box, the chances of not being point to the ir receiver at the box, are pretty slim. so I am going to try to see if the blasters are working or not. As i dont see any other cause for the commands that I am sending are not doing anything.
Let me know what ur though are in the cause of no commands are going through.

If the iR Blasters are firing I have no more suggestions. I have re-installed the Cisco C2001 on my Harmony Remote and the codes in that file are definately correct.
