JP1 Remotes

Hi

I am searching for the remote control binary of a Tatung STB 3210-DVR-A (http://www.tatung.tv/default/product/STB3210.html) distributed by Swisscom. There is a Swisscom remote listed in the Slingbox database (image of the remote matches, except that mine if black and not silver), but it seems to be an old version and doesn't work. The remote learning website is offline - so I can't do myself - and the support suggested me to ask in this forum.

When I googled this device, I found a document that seemed to indicate it came with a Harmony 200. Strange how hard it was to find this device in the Harmony database when you knew it had to be in there.

Upon further inspection, I see that the Play and Pause buttons are different for this model so I created a new BIN file.

Is there a way to set the binary file together with the remote control model of the old and already available Swisscom TV Box? Except the color its the same...

I'm glad it worked. Hopefully you'll hear from Alan, as I know next to nothing about slingboxes.

What do you select during the setup process so that a realistic remte image is displayed ?
