Slingbox Pro HD + Dreambox 800 HD SE + LCD Philips (Full HD)

Good morning everyone, congratulations for the excellent forum.

My Setup:

Slingbox Pro HD ->>> composite video (yellow) / stereo audio (white and red) ->>> Scart ->>> Dreambox 800 HD SE ->>> HDMI ->>> LCD Philips.

My Question:

How to connect Slingbox Pro HD with component cables YPbPr (blue, green, red) and use input HDMI (1080i / 720p) on Dreambox 800HD SE and same HDMI for output to LCD (without using the scart) ?

Anyone know if there any adapter that lets you do that?
