Need help adding new codes to your Slingbox, this is the place to ask. You're welcome to ask general Slingbox questions here, but be aware that most of us are not Slingbox experts.
Hello alanrichey, thanks for your answer and excuse my ignorance but only to a simple question I can control my Popcorn C-200 with the Slingbox Pro HD I have connected the kit "IRK-200" (infrared remote control and receiver for the Popcorn Hour C-200) is necessary or not? I do not have this adapter.
Sorry, that means absolutely nothing to me. I have never heard of the Popcorn C-200 or the IRK-200, I just help people by building Slingbox remotes. I think you need to ask that sort of question on the Popcorn forum.
Here's some information about the IRK-200 from the Popcorn web site (select "Popcorn Hour IRK-200" on the left):
The Popcorn Hour IRK-200 is an infrared remote control and receiver for the Popcorn Hour C-200.
The remote control button arrangement is the same as the C-200 Radio Frequency remote control, in an easy to distinquish color scheme.
The Popcorn Hour IRK-200 is essential for you if you wish to use your Universal Remote Control or Logitech Harmony® Remote Control with the Popcorn Hour C-200.
It's also suitable when you're unable to use the RF remote control in your environment due to RF interference.
This tells me that the Popcorn device comes with an RF remote and you need the adapter if you want to use an IR remote to control it. The Slingbox virtual remote *is* and IR remote, so in order to have your Slingbox control your Popcorn, you *will* need the IRK-200 adapter.
