Problem With new Cable Box

Hello,
I am from Israel and i have new cablebox called Hot Magic Hd
All the keys of the remote from slingbox working great
exclude the up and down navigation keys
each time i press one of them it's making a double click on the menus
there is a way i can fix it ?

Can you give me the full manufacturer and Model number of the box ? I might be able to build a Custom Remote with the repeat rate set to zero.

Now in the slingbox settings I choose - Cable Box>Hot>Other>Code1
it's another one but everything work great
just the up and down navigation have a problem
by the way , the all EPG and the software on the cable box is designed by the cable company , so i dont think the model will help you so much
