I own this remote.
By learning codes I found it uses:
Protocol: NEC2 Device 133 SubDevice 118
Just to make some tests, the photo button is OBC 48
The T button is: OBC 28
The W button is: OBC 29
If you need more, just ask. |

That looks very familiar. I think I made a whole upgrade for it a while back. If I can find it I'll upload it.
EDIT: Turns out I was thinking of another upgrade we already had HERE for the remote pictured below. The OBCs and protocol match, but the device is different. Maybe related to it being in a different region.
If you could confirm the other codes and post an upgrade that would be great.

Zibri,
One of the tools you can use is a spreadsheet called jp1-master-xxx.xls which attempts to list salient aspects of the upgrades available here in the file section. The current version is 1.09.
Using it and looking for Dev1 = 133 shows 4 Canon Camera upgrades, all located in the Cameras file section.
If your remote uses different OBCs or has additional functions, please upload an upgrade with the new information. |

Zibri, one of the things we hope all users do, is to create and share their upgrades freely. Chances are by the time someone needs it, the creater of an upgrade has already moved on.
Creating and posting complete upgrade files is one of the ways every user can become a valuable contributor to the forum. _________________ Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.
Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.

Sure, guys, I understand. I didn't know about the jp1 master spreadsheet.
I will have a look at it. |

@mdavej: I think it's not necessary since it's the remote of my HV30 which is a refresh of the HV20 which is a refresh of the HV10....

FWIW my Canon remote WL-D83 is using the same device code (133.118) as Zibri's and this came with either an ancient Hi-8 camcorder or possibly a slightly more modern digital camcorder. It also works my more recent HV-20.
These are U.S. models. So, I don't think it's a regional variation.
