1. Was there any error message after you typed in the Code and tapped the Power button ?
No

2. Did you give the Power command plenty of time to react ? (I have a DVR that takes about 6-8 seconds to power up/down)
Yes

3. After completing the setup (regardless of whether the Power button worked) do any of the other buttons work ?
every buttons don't work

4. Have you used a Digital Camera to confirm the IR Blaster is actually firing when you tap the Power button ?
(Watch the tip of the IR Blaster thorugh the viewfinder while you tap a button. You should see a white (not red) flash)
I can see white flash

5. Have you experimented with the placement of the IR Blaster ? On some devices this is critical so don't give up too quickly.
yes

6. Are you sure the device is working correctly using the real remote ?
yes

thank you~

Good, thanls for that. Does show the codes are probably incorrect. Have to wait till either that device is installed by a Harmony Remote owner or Sling fix http://remotes.slingbox.com

I created the file using logitech remote now that they added it to the database. Please confirm if it works or not. Thanks.

It's a shame that the file I made was downloaded 6 times. 6 people on the planet needed the file. Yet, no one is willing to provide feedback about if it works or not.

Hi Chuliu,

Sorry to inform tell you that your hc7620 binary file did not work for my slingbox.

Thank you....

Jumping in here, I can confirm that the BIN files provided by chuliu are correct for that box, although I would caution that the codes seem to have been uploaded to the Harmony database by only one person, so if they didn't do it correctly.....

I have updated the file at https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=12091 with a set of instructions and trouble-shooting suggestions. Please give it another try and report back.

Hi Alan.
I didn't know one can check how many people uploaded the codes to harmony database. In fact, I don't even know it was updatable by just any users of the remote. Let alone how to update it.

If I know how to update the database, I have several remotes I wanted to update to it. Please show me.
