Looking for remote file for Metronic 441604

Hi,

First post, so apologies in advance if I missed something.
I'm looking for a sling remote file for a Metronic 441604 or help on how to do it myself.

Here is what I've done so far
- It's not on sling supported list and all the other Metronic devices don't work
- I tried the Metronic 441805 and it didn't work
- I used the Sling remote learning site and I get the double click problem which makes the remote nearly unusable.

My next step is to use a JP1.3 cable with an One for all 7950.
I am waiting for the remote to be delivered.

Will I be able to extract the remote codes and remove the double click feature?

Thanks

I think you might find this one works https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=9617

If it does but you still get the double-click come back here.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it didn't work.
I tried severall keys, not only the power test, and got no reaction.

Any other ideas?

Please start by checking the Readme file PROPERLY. Particularly the bit that says "...If you have problems please do NOT just report back it 'doesn't work', that is totally useless ..."

Hi Alan,

I did go through your trouble shooting list. See detail on each point below.
Happy to give you more detail if you need.

Thanks

1. -> No error message, just no reaction

2. -> Yes, I gave it time to react

3. -> I tried the other buttons, also no reaction

4. -> No, I didn't check with a digital camera

5. -> I placed the IR blaster in the position that was working with the remote from beta remotes (when I had the double click issue)

6. I used Beta remotes and got the double click issue

OK, probably our best bet is to analyse the LRZ file. Can you export/save the remote you built and post the 'myRemote.lrz file ?

I placed the myRemote.lrz file on the link below

Thanks. I can't see anything in there at the moment, but that might be because the remotes.slingbox.com site is not working properly at the moment. I'll try again when it is fixed.
