i got one of these wireless touchpad /kb and realized it does not have an F10 key.
does anyone know if or how to create an F10 keypress?
i have an old laptop with a broken F10 on keyboard so makes it difficult to get into the bios setup.

On similar keyboards (I have a Rii mini) you press Fn+2 to get F10.

I would suggest writing to their technical support (peter@riitek.com) to see if they have one available.

Box says:
Rii mini ELEGANCE (2.4GHz wireless)
Riitek
Model RT-MWK01+
Layout UK
98UNWLM-USBRII
Maybe the + indicates a more advanced firmware? It has the F Keys in blue with F9 thru F12 corresponding to Fn + 1, 2, 3, 4. No idea how you'd flash the thing even if there was a firmware available.

mine arrived in a generic white box.
identification decal located back of the device.
it does not have a "+"
it is a US layout.
no further details
is there an identification decal on the back of your device?
nevermind,
i see there is a RT-MWK02+ and RT-MWK06
RT-MWK06 seems the same as IPAZZPORT KP-810 ?
..i must remember to research model and revision level before pulling the trigger on these things.

If you have an iOS device, I find the MobileMouse app (free version or $2 paid version) is by far the best wireless keyboard/mouse solution. My Riitek hasn't been touched since I got this app.

is that something that can be used at home without a subscription?

You mean without phone service? Yes, it works over wifi on your home LAN. I have it on my iPhone, iPad and iPod. You load a driver on your PC/Mac and use the free app or buy the $2 version with more features. There is no subscription. I think there is an android version too. Check it out
HERE. You can use your finger on the screen like a touchpad or point the phone at your PC like a laser pointer. It really is amazing.

mdavej,
does your Rii have the upper Fx key support?
interested in swapping for a new bluetooth headset?
(gives me an idea to post that offer in the buy/sell.)

No, just thru F9. Sorry. I plug in a USB keyboard if I need F10 or above for BIOS setup, etc. Otherwise, I get all F keys in the app.
