Can anyone suggest a decent budget 3D Bluray DVD player that is known to support discrete Power On and Power Off codes?

That's funny. There was another user looking for the same thing. You might want to try a Sony BDP-S480 or a Panasonic DMP-BDT110.

I own the DMP-BDT110. It is a fine player. It upconverts DVD's very nicely and does well with blu-ray discs. It's one of the top recommended players at avsforum.com (check the blu-ray subforum master 110/210/310 thread

I can't comment on it's 3D or streaming capabilities personally, but this thread should give lots of info.

Thanks all. I jumped on a good deal for the Sony S480 so hopefully my search is over.
