I didn't find a direct match for "CanalSatellite HD WiFi" on the Logitech Harmony Database. Instead, I was given the following options: CanalSatellite Recepteur HD WiFi and CanalPlus HD WiFi. It appears both devices uses common IR signals between the two. However, the Recepteur also includes the commands for Yellow, Blue, Red, and Green buttons.
These files are applicable to both CanalSatellite Recepteur HD WiFi and CanalPlus HD WiFi since they use the same command codes. _________________ Remotes; JP1.2: Comcast URC-1067, JP1.3: Insignia NS-RC02U-10A, JP1.4 OARI06G, JP2.1: Cox URC-8820-MOTO (still trying to figure out how to make them self-aware.) |

Steph, "not working" is never very helpful here as there are so many possibilities for what went wrong. Please explain, step by step, what you did and what responses you got along the way. This will help us determine whether you made a mistake loading the code or whether the code itself is not the right one for your device. _________________ Rob

Well I can shed some light on this. Earl entered the OBC values in the EFC column. Not wanting to get involved in the slingbox what goes where dilema I hope Earl or Alan will give this a fix. _________________ Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.

I fixed the relationship between OBC and EFC (thanks Vicky). Please try the updated files, stepheire.

For future reference, we need to know how it didn't work instead of the vague description that it didn't work. Here are some specific questions which will help us understand how it didn't work.- During the "Setup Assistant: Remote Control Setup -- model not listed screen" and after typing in the code and pressing the "Power" button, the Setup Assistant will attempt to upload the file(s) into your Slingbox then test the Power Toggle command on your set-top box.
- After pressing the "Power" button did you get an error message? (Yes/No)
- If "Yes" what what the exact syntax of the message?
- After waiting about 10 seconds, did the set-top box ever power off or on? (Yes/No)
- On the next screen, "Setup Assistant: Remote Control Setup -- channel test", you the given the opportunity to test changing to channel 5 or another channel of your choosing.
- Did it change the channel as suggested after pressing "Send button"? (Yes/No)
- Did this test affect the set-top box in any way?
- Once you've exited the "Remote Control Setup" wizard you're given complete access to your remote control.
- Did all of the keys work? (Yes/No)
If No then:- Which ones didn't work?
- Which ones did work?

could you take a good picture of your remote, from the front? If you have a scanner, that might be a good way to get the picture _________________ Rob
