RCRP05B extender keys in RMIR

Under RM/RMIR 2.02a11, I noticed a slight quirk with the available keys for the RCRP05B with the 1.04 extender.

The Buttons tab lists ButtonF1, ButtonF2, DiscreteOn and DiscreteOff. These buttons do not appear in the Layout screen. I'd assume they should show up as the virtual buttons below the remote image. Is there some limit to how many virtual buttons RM can show, or is there something else going on? The RDF is from 4/12/11, and the MAP/JPG are from 12/30/10.
