Can someone please help to point me to the right direction how to convert the LIRC code I created for a new version 2.0 Kylin IP TV box remote to Sling box BIN?
The one under Sling box folder for Kylin TV2000+ is version 1 box.
This new V2 Kylin IPTV is from, I believe, TransVideo model TV2000N-M.
I managed to record a LIRC file, have no idea how to get it into RM or Sling BIN. Checked the tool section and did a search. It looks like not a simple convert?

I see Rob beat me to it. I found the new Primacy feature in RM to be very helpful in the Hex to OBC calculations, but I still wasn't fast enough.

Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.

ha ha, I would have let you do it if I knew you were going to.
Does my RM file match what you came up with?

Yes that's exactly what I came up with. The timings looked close enough to be Nec1 and as long as this device isn't as crazy as those drapes you worked on, this should work just fine.

It is not working for me.
I put both files under SBAV folder, it overwritten the old one C2010_RV file I had for version 1.
If I put only new C2010_RV.bin, when I went thru setup, it would complain can't find the code. So I have to put the C2010_PL there as well, which I used to only have one file the RV, I guess for NTSC version?
Also the new bin file is much shorter compared to V1 version under Kylin TV2000+ found from JP1 web site.
I will do more test on other computer I have and see if I can see any signal flashing using a digital camera.

Thank you! It's working
Thank you for your speedy response!!!
I just tested the code you helped converted from my LIRC config file, it's working for Kylin TV version 2.0 box, TransVidoe model TV2000N-M.
I found the IR socket for Sling Pro was broken during my consistantly searching for a working remote for this V2 TV box.
Now, I have to fix my broken socket...
