Need a bin file for Airboard KB or help creating one

I would like to create a bin file for custom remote on Slingbox.
All I need is the Airboard keyboard 10 IR commands of digits 0-9.
I have a .ccf file (from RC files) which contains the learned data that I tested with my URC MX-800 by directly importing the 10 codes to the config file for that remote.
Also there are some Airboard txt files on the JP1 downloads but I have not tested those and not sure what to do with those if they are usable.
Any advice?
