RCRP05B how to open it

This RCRP05B is really beginning to grow on me. It seems to fit my needs perfectly. I have one more question if I may. How does one open the remote? I would like to color some of the keys that I have assigned my macros to. I know there is a whole thread about this (with no particular solution 
. However I think I can work something out if I can just take the keypad out. I see no screws holding the device together so I suppose it is done by "splitting" with some kind of flat object. I would prefer to get an expert opinion though before ruining my device though.
