15-100 ToadTog problem

I'm trying to use ToadTog to get Shift-Page+ to emulate discrete on for CBL/SAT.
I have under Target:
Device: CBL/SAT; Key: Shift-Page+
Under Parameters:
Type: ToadTog; Toggle#: 0; Condition: Force On
Under Macro Definition:
Already On Keys: <Blank>; Off->On Keys: CBL/SAT; Power
When I try it, I get an infinite loop or a reset of the remote. What am I missing? Here's the IR file:

Thanks in advance for your help.

jetstar52 give this a try you should not need the SAT\CBL so remove that on both the SHIFT-Page- and the SHIFT-Page+ then change the Power to SHIFT-Power on both of them and let me know if that works.
I also received this error message when opening the file you might want to do some cleanup on the devices tab and remove what you don't need I also see two TV:2000 ?

Dang. I must've hit "add" when I meant "edit."
Okay, I deleted the extra TV 2000, and reduced the command to just a Shift-Power, and I still get a reset when I try the key. I'm uploading the new configuration as:

Replace Shift-Power with X_CBL;Power in both macros. There's no reason to use shift cloaking here. If that doesn't work, assign them to unshifted keys. I prefer to use DiscreteOn and DiscreteOff for my toadtogs which I then call from other macros. That makes my macros more readable.

Ok, I changed the commands to X_CBL;Power and put them on unshifted keys. Still not working:

Okay, I've no idea what I did wrong initially but I decided to start from a fresh image and got the toadtog to work (using mdavej's suggestions), then I added the rest of my upgrades, macros, and special protocol commands one at a time to see at which point the whole thing would crash. It never did. So I now have the remote set up exactly as I want.
Thanks to everyone who pitched in to help!

jetstar52 could you please post the working file I would like to load it and see if it still causes the error I listed above because your last file posted still caused the error on my end.
Thanks,
dolivas

Dolivas,
The upgrade overflow message is normal when you have lots of upgrades. It's not an error but just an indication that some upgrades will be moved to a different part of the memory. All my extended remotes do the same thing. Nothing to worry about.

Cool thanks for the info I have never seen that message even will all of my extended remotes.
