Can anyone help me to make a slingbox code for techgear mb902, I can't find anything on the net. Thank you

Sorry, can't help this time. Normally I can load a device onto my Harmony Universal Remote and use that to mimic your remote and learn the codes, but unfortunately 'Techgear' is not a recognised manufacturer in the Logitech database.

So is there other solution? do i need to get a jp1 remote and learn the commands?

Your cheapest option would be to get an IR Widget. If expense is not an issue, a remote+ interface would be a nice addition to your at home enjoyment.
Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.

Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.

do I need to buy a JP1 remote to use IR widget?

The Widget would be your cheapest option if you are NOT intending to also get a remote, because it's the only think you'll need to buy. If you are also in the market for a nice remote to work your gear, you should get a JP1 learning remote along with a JP1 cable, in which case you won't need a Widget.

Maybe I'm in the wrong thread for this kind of question, so where can i get the IR widget and where can I find the user guide?
