Bin File for PACE Decoder for Sky Mexico

Hi! I'm not an expert for this. I bought my slingbox only 2 weeks ago. I'm trying to configure the remote for a PACE Decoder model DSR-1000 and a girl on slingbox support chat tolds me to ask my service provider for the bin file. This decoder is used in Mexico for the SKY satellite service. Does anybody can help me?
