Can I use my IR receiver to catch raw ?

Hi,

To speedup programming of my new RCA I'd like to transmit signals I need to PC and that program RCA with them (using RM I guess).
Unfortunately it's as simple as it gets receiver. Can I use it?

It depends on what the softare that reads that device otputs, if you now how IR transmission works, and what the jp1 tools expect.
