There is logic in the Emerson Combo protocols where, based on how bit1 of the fixed data byte, the carrier frequency and all the burst times gets changed. There is also logic that changes how the 3rd byte of the signal is formatted based on how bit0 is set.
I don't see anything in RM or protocols.ini to handle this.
This came to light because,when I looked at the upgrade posted for the TECO TL3210FMR TV (that was imported from a WAV file), I noticed that bit1 was set.
