Is there a possible to send custom EFC code with this type of URC ?
If yes, could anyone write to me how to !?
I try many of them methods but I can't.
(e.g. i could send 00018 with this urc

No. According to the manual, this is not a UEI remote and therefore cannot use EFCs.
EDIT: Apparently you can. I stand corrected.

I've read some tutorials but my ROC4238 seems works different way.

Select 0119 from the code list to control TV.
To enter in EZ Adjust in LG TVs:
tap "setup" than tap "-/--"
after that you can type the "well known" four digit key.
