This is so obvious, that I'm almost embarrassed to be posting this as a topic of conversation. I just switched computers and had to perform the operation again, and it reminded me that obvious or not, I didn't think of it for 3 years!
One of my problems with KM has been managing multiple upgrades to combine function buttons. RM is so light, that I could easily have two copies open to copy and paste from, but Excel/km just kind of brings my PC to its knees.
The last time I downloaded KM, I added a blank worksheet called SCRATCH and then saved it again. Now whenever I want to gather information from multipe KM sheets, I can copy them off into that worksheet before I open the next upgrade.
Its made working with KM and PB so much easier, that I don't know why I didn't think of it before. _________________ Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.
Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.
