Are you sure about the Model Number ? I could not find a 1232e on the Logitech database that I use for my Harmony Universal remote and a Google search for Motorola 1232 only returns cell phones.

Closest I could find was a Motorola 1212 and unfortunately for you I can confirm that, like most Motorola boxes, it uses the same codes as the VIP 1200.

Have up experimented with moving the blasters around ?

Tried with my logitech universal and VIP 1200 doesnt work with the box, but it does have the codes for the digital box motorola 1232E. How do i get the codes for the slingbos from the logitech universal 525?

You can't. You need to go through the normal learning procedure as you would with your normal remote.

But now that the 1232E has appeared on the Logitech database i can do it for you. I've uploaded a Test Remote at http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=8265

Give it a try and let me know how you get on.

Alan, your RDMU file reference the TDC protocol. I know that DecodeIR decodes the TDC protocol, but I don't know what the protocols.ini needs to handle this protocol. Could you tell me what your Protocol.ini settings are for this?

And I've put a copy of the RM file in the regular Cable folder:

I'd put it in the PVR folder. Can't do a thing right :-)

Oops, is it a PVR? I just assumed it was a cable box. I did search first but didn't find the regular file.

I think the difference these days between a PVR and a Cable/Satellite box are becoming very blurred. If the Play/Pause functions are defined I tend to treat it as a PVR. Having said that it's probably safer to have it in both.
