My husband works at the local landfill and an older guy came into day with this TV and dumped it - my husband took it into his shop and it powered up fine and now is hooked up in our bedroom - we don't have your UEI remotes, but I will buy one so we can get this to work. (No wonder the old guy was getting rid of it!) But if we can get a remote that works, great... what a good "save"
