Is this the Atlanta DTH Satellite box? Perhaps the Atlanta Cable/0871 code might be worth a try.

I suspect he really has an SMP-6200 from Atlanta DTH, Inc:

Well CBL-0871 is listed for European Atlanta Satellite boxes. Since thezet is using a Radioshack remote, he's probably a u.s. user, but this might be worth a shot anyway.

Found a match and recorded the IR signals with the JP1 tools to create the respective files.
