I want to place the following macro using LKP on the DVD key
TV;power;record;RCVR;power;1;DVD;power;L1
and
leave the standard DVD behavior on the SKP of the DVD key.
I am having some trouble getting my head around how to do the SKP vs LKP on the same key.
All help is appreciated. |

Try using the ExtenderCodeCalc spreadsheet. It does most of the hard work for you! _________________ Mark |

The keymove should look something like this:
TV;power;N/A;TV;1106; 21;XX;record;RCVR;power;1;DVD;power;L1
The 21 says 2 timing intervals (increase the 2 if you want the short to be longer) 1 says just execute the following 1 key on short press.
For the short press put the hex value of the shifted DVD button and it shuld execute whatever is assigned to the basic button. Whenever you want to use the native function of the button and the keymove is on the same button you put the shifted hex value in of the key in the keymove. The first value could be the hex value of another button with a macro on it. This may be the only way to get it to do what you want on a device button. _________________ Nils
