Revised RDF Files for use with Slingplayer V2.03 and above

In the latest build of Slingplayer V2.0.3 the generic remote has been given five colour buttons, so I have produced some revised RDF files to incorporate those codes.

Note that I have updated only the PL (USA) and RV (non-USA) versions as they are the only two currently in use. In addition the following changes/improvements have been made:

1. The button mapping has been changed so that the bug that caused the Menu and Exit buttons to be disabled in some RV remotes has been fixed. Now all four of the Exit, Menu, Guide & Info buttons can be defined for all types of device.

2. A couple of the button titles have been changed (e.g last channel, program guide) to match the function titles so the Auto-Asssign option now works properly.

3. The button titles that used to be FPx and INPUTxx have been changed so they match the Custom 10-29 titles that actually appear on the remote. (Note that the colour buttons use the codes for Custom 22-26, formally INPUT 03-07).

I've just added new image files for the Slingbox as well, so the picture in the Layout Tab actually looks like the new remote.

We've just found a small bug in the RV-BIN RDF file that caused the Exit button to be disabled. I've updated the ZIP package referred to above.
