Philips SRU8010 / Pioneer LaserDisc

I purchased a Philips SRU8010 and it supplies the code for my Pioneer LaserDisc player but after entering the code it doesn't provide LaserDisc as a device option. Should I use DVD, Tape, TV or what? Not sure if anyone can help but if you can I would greatly appreciate it. I do not have the original remote so I can't have the SRU8010 learn the commands.

Although this is the Non-JP1 forum, the whole site is dedicated to remotes made by UEI. We can't help you with your philips. Try remotecentral.com.
