I just noticed in Mark's sticky post that IR is described as working under various flavors of windows. Thought I'd mention that I've been using it for quite some time under linux as well, via wine (the windows emulation software).

I'm not sure if wine can run Excel well enough to handle KM (I've never tried), but RM certainly works fine. You can do JP1 work using linux.

Nothing to do with operating systems but I run all this stuff off of a
"PNY Attaché 256MB USB 2.0 Drive"
and back it up on my hard drive.
