Hi
I have big problim when i'm try use IR 800 Software to upluad the configurtion in my urc-39930RJ0 v4 he give this error "Device io control failed in C2Rad" so please help ,and my OS is winxp sp2 and my cable is JP1.2 USB DELCOM Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Sad

AFAIK, JP1.2 cables don't use the Delcom driver. Only JP1 cables do. So you may have the wrong cable for your remote. Do you have a DIY Gadget cable or a Tommy Tyler cable? Tommy's JP1.2 cable uses THIS driver. Is this the first time you've tried to use your cable with this remote? If not, did it work with an older version of IR? Also, are you sure the message isn't I2CRead instead of C2Rad?

Sorry the error is DeviceIo Control failed in I2CRead Embarassed I'm so sorry it's 1st time use this software

You're trying to use a JP1 (EEPROM) cable to read a JP1 (Flash) remote. You have the wrong cable.
