IR Keymove tab suggestion

When adding or editing Keymoves in IR.EXE, I'd like to make the fillowing suggestions.

1. It would be nice if OBC codes were shown and entered, just as HEX and EFC's can be.

2. It would be nice if the choices of the EFC/HEX code could be selected with a pull down showing the equivalent button that is mapped (if any), with the descriptions as shown on the Devices page. The number should also be able to be entered manually, for those that do not have a button mapped.

Better yet, would be to be able to open a keymaster text file and scroll through it's functions for selecting the function.
