URC-6022 and 6022x -- Just a Rumor?

The RemoteChart.htm table/spreadsheet at this site which lists (or tries to) all of the JP1 remotes, includes entries for the URC-6022 andURC-6022x. The latter is said to have eeprom memory of 10k. However, after much googling, I can't find that the 6022 or 6022x are or were ever made, or are available for purchase.
Can anyone provide a link where a 6022x can be purchased?
I'm thinking of switching from my fleet of URC-8910s to something with more memory so that I don't have to install an extender (which I find pretty intimidating).
