I'm looking for codes to control a JVC HR-XVC1U DVD/VCR Combo with a RCU810A remote. Currently I'm using the standard 0025 VCR code. This works for some basic functions. But, one issue is that the VCR device button sends out a POWER command. This causes the unit to turn off when I switch back from using an other device. Is there a way to turn off this "feature".

VCR/0025 in the RCU810 is really VCR/0008 in all other UEI remotes, as they add 17 to all the setup codes in that remote.

You are correct, they copied the POWER function to the device button in this setup code for reason, so I have created a KM file for you that exactly replicates this setup code, so you can use it to remove the power function from the device button and add any other codes that you need.
