Acoustic Research ARRU449 shows having the same corporate address (Audiovox Accessories Corporation) as OFA.
A programmable remote, in the same ground-breaking vein as the original Harmony remotes.
(Wi-fi enabled, with listings, news, etc.)
I'm guessing Rob or someone else has played with it, yes?
Any word on whether it's JP1 or not? Even if not, it seems to be very customizable.
Around $100 from Amazon right now. |

Not me, I haven't heard of it before. Keep in mind that Audiovox is a big company that has only recently taken on the OFA brand, so it's quite possible that they also have a remote from an earlier company that is not UEI made, and I expect that is the case here. _________________ Rob

I found a picture of one taken apart.
Samsung S3C2410 processor, so not one found in any other JP1 remote.
Heck of a lot of horsepower under the hood for a remote, though. |
