JP1 Remotes

Hi there
I am trying to control my JVC TV (model: LT-55EC3508) with an Amazon Fire Stick, but the automatic detection option did not work, and none of the codes I have tried so far but have not been successful. I have filled out the form as best I can; apologies if I missed any details.

3. Year: Not exactly sure
4. JP1/UEI Remote model: RM-C3731. FCC ID:2AW7FRC860. IC: 26319-RC860
5. Do you have a JP1 cable? No
6. Do you still have the original remote? Yes
7. Checked the file section? Yes, I looked for codes but didn't find a working match.
8. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)? I apologize, but I couldn't find this section.
9. Partially working setup code? Yes, 051 partially works, but the volume button only switches HDMI channels (none of the other buttons worked).
10. Learning remote question? I don't have one.
11. Have you tried the JP1 Lookup Tool? Yes, I tried every code listed for JVC, but none were successful.
12. If you have an OARUSB04G, URC-6440 (or similar) remote, have you tried simpleset.com? N/A

I appreciate any help with finding the IR code

If you don't have a JP1 cable, what sort of help are you looking for, and how did you determine that none of the JVC TV upgrades work? How were you able to test them without a JP1 cable?

And are you sure that your remote is a UEI remote? I've never heard of it.

Unfortunately for you, this entire site and all related code searches, tools, files, etc., are applicable only to remotes made by UEI (Universal Electronics), maker of certain OEM and One-for-all brand remotes. Since your remote isn't UEI, we can't help you.
