JP1 Remotes

I'm curious if anybody investigated this simple remote for possible JP1. Since Walmart is selling at least one JP1 remote under the ONN brand, it seemed possible. If nobody has checked, I might go ahead and order one. $7.88 online. Not much of a risk.

I did an Amazon Vine review for a remote with similar capabilities including learning with large buttons intended for seniors. No JP1 on that but it is remarkably capable. It has a hidden set of buttons that extends beyond the everyday needs for streaming. But no macros.

I saw in an unboxing video that it has no JP1 connector and no backlighting. OneForAll version has both. Couldn't quite tell if it uses UEI setup codes or not. The JP1-able version is just a few bucks more on eBay. Hope you haven't ordered yet.

I assume the eBay listed item you suggested is the URC7935 (aka Streamer Remote).

That's the one. I've gotten a few recently pretty cheap with best offers.
