Hi, I have the BSKY/SKY0 remote. Going by your excellent chart.
The version inside the battery compartment says it's;
RC 1600/00
3104 207 07864
OP000023 - 7B3
It seems pretty old, like myself
Anyway I opened it up and the chip inside is marked;
SC501067P
UEIC 1999
2H65K
CTCTCD0018
I found the 1600/00U schematic and downloaded it from here. But it's not clear how I would connect an eprom up to it or the pin header for the JP1 cable.
I plan on making my own JP1 cable. It's quite similar to a Jtag cable really.

If you have the version with a spot on the PCB for an EEPROM and 6 holes for the JP1 connector, all you need to do is add those parts and you're good to go. If you have the version without the 6 holes for the JP1 connector, you need to add a small piece of perf board to fashion up a place to add the connector.
Apparently, I have done this myself, but it appears that it was over 18 years ago, so you'll have to read the thread to see what I did because I don't remember.

No problem Rob. I read most of the thread, you do go into how you wired it up and all that's required. Just thought you might have a wire diagram of it to hand. Need to get the eprom first anyway. So that should give me a couple of weeks. But it looks pretty straight forward
It's this old tv (Nordmende NM3288BK) I didn't get a remote with, that's a nightmare scrolling through the menus. It has these touch sensitive buttons that are way too sensitive. Can't really use them tbh.
Hopefully this might solve it. It's not a bad tv otherwise, shame not to use it.

Found out what I need to make it

Used Wayback Machine on an old link here that was long gone.
Here it is again if anyone else needs it.

Just need to wait a couple of weeks now to get the eprom from Aliexpress.

If the only reason that you're doing this is to gain better control of that TV, it would be way easier just to buy a ready-to-go JP1 compatible remote.

I have archived a copy of that site here too

Where's the fun in that
Anyway I have everything except the eeprom, about 3.50 euros for 4. My remote is identical to the one shown in the link. Just a slightly different marking on the main 28 pin processor. And mines dated 1999, while his one is 1997. I've worked out how it all should go together from his great tutorial.
