Is there a simple one-device JP1 remote control?

As time passes, I realize that I don't need a remove that controls multiple devices and is cluttered up with tiny buttons.

I'd like a remote that just handles a TV with buttons for is on-off, volume up-down, channel up-down, and a few buttons I could program to jump to particular channels.

Like the out of production Cricket "kid's" remove control.

Is anything like this available in JP1?

I do not have the URC-7935 but it looks like it might fill your needs,
and It is already available in RMIR for programming

Good call. I have several of the above, and they work fine with JP1. It's a bit complicated to set up. But it's easy to use.
