Huh, when you click "Convert to Upgrade" it should add an upgrade to your RMIR image, not create a .grrr file. Are you doing this in RMIR?Tiku wrote:Thanks mdavej, It has Saved as .grrr file.mdavej wrote:On the learned tab, select the rows with no asterisks in the Protocol column and click Convert to Device Upgrade. Learn the ones with asterisks again as they are bad learns.

Your RMIR is a few versions out of date (we're currently at 2.14.16 and 2.14.17 is in the works), but that shouldn't make a difference here.
So, I downloaded your files and started with the Tiger file. I opened it using RMIR and went to the Learned Signals tab, then I selected all the learns that decoded properly (ie, that show the NEC1 protocol) and clicked "Convert to Device Upgrade", then I went to the Devices and voila, CBL/2000 is there with a description of "Learned Signal Upgrade".
Not sure what you did different.

Thanks Rob,for spoon feeding me, Actually i clicked on Export In Devices to save as .grrr, because i want a seperate file which i can open for any new jp1.x remotes, if i save as .rmir, it saves complete whole file with URC-7140 Essence, Anyways after playing, i figure out that i had to click on edit in Devices to save as .rmdu.
