IR Blaster Version 10

I have an older Slingbox pro and I can't get the Inputs configured.
The ir blaster version is 10. Any idea what sbav file would use version 10?

Basically, I get a message that says this Slingbox model does not fully support USA a/v devices from the country maybe missing from this device list or impossible to control.

My theory is I need a specific sbav file for the Slingbox ir blaster version 10 chip.
