What remote is this?

I had to reinstall the Slinbox Desktop for Windows, and not sure what I did wrong, and I lost my previous configured remote.
I did it in 2017 so not sure what make/model I used
When I made it in 2017 I took those attached picture from the PVR and it helped me to find, but now I'm not able to find anymore, i run several try, but didn't worked, I remember when I did it was attached a remote that is white, power on the top and menu over the arrows, but i don't recall which one was

If somebody have any tip I appreciate, look the attached pictures for reference
I'm not finding how to attached pictures, but the receiver has the following information
it's have printed on the board 7801B2, it's DTV receiver, it says DTV-100, and is labeled by Nova Tecnologia Brasil

Atech eletrônica é uma fabrica de copias de CR. Por esta imagem não é possível saber para qual equipamento você precisa dos códigos. Vários conversor digital de UHF no Brasil utiliza CR parecidos. Se você colocar uma imagem e mais informações do seu equipamento seria mais fácil.

Atech electronica is a CR copy factory. From this image it is not possible to know which equipment you need the codes for. Several UHF digital converters in Brazil use similar CR. If you put a picture and more information about your equipment it would be easier.
The JP1 website does not host image, you have to upload the image to an image hosting website like this https://imgur.com, generate the share link and attach it here.

I don't have the receiver, or the original remote control, of the novadigital DTV-100 converter, according to my research, this one is compatible.

Não tenho o receptor, ou o controle remoto original, do conversor novadigital DTV-100, pelas minhas pesquizas, este é compativel.
