Uploading Upgrades

Is there any sort of protocol regarding uploading files to the Device Upgrades section? I mean, do they have to go through a vetting process or anything?

I've created an upgrade for the Denon DVD-3910 DVD//DVD-A/CD/SACD player that has every function from the original remote, and I've tested it pretty thoroughly.

No vetting. Just put it up as-is. If someone finds a bug, they let you (or us) know.
