ICP HMC012KD1 A/C

If you have learned signals that don't get decoded when you look at them in IR.exe, post your file to the Diagnosis Area then post your question here (including a link to the file).

ICP HMC012KD1 A/C

Post by The Robman »

I'm on vacation and the house we're staying in has IR controlled A/C units, so of course, I had to capture the remote and build an upgrade for it.

Here's some details on the signals:

Frequency 38k
leadin pair: +8400 -4200
ONE pair: +550 -1650
ZERO pair: +550 -550
leadout pair: +550 1650
it's MSB format

It's a 28 bit signal:
8 fixed bits
16 variable bits (use varies by function)
4 bit checksum (add all the nibbles)

Here's a zip of all the files that I used to build the upgrade:

Here's just the RMDU file:

Here's a user manual:

Please don't PM me with remote questions, post them in the forums so all the experts can help!
