IRScope - something weird has happened

When I tried to look at an .ict file today, IRScope has shrunk and I don't know how to get it back to normal. Any ideas?

Either DecodeIR.dll is missing from the IRScope installation folder, or more likely it is a 64-bit version. It must be the 32-bit version, even for 64-bit Windows.
