on the online manual they say
"It is not possible to remove an activity, as it will be set up automatically on the Smart Control 5. If you don’t want to use any of the Activities, simply refrain from pressing the Activity key."
but we can set any activity button to 0, which delete that activity. I wonder if we can further customize all the activities. not just the few preset combinations?
