Several questions:
1. Do you have this remote?
2. Do you have a JP1 cable?
3. Have you tried downloading from the remote?
4. If so, what happened?

If we have an RDF, RMIR will automatically select it when you download. If the download doesn't work because RMIR can't find an RDF, use the Raw Download feature instead, then post the resulting file here for us to look at.

1. Follow the File Section link at the top of the page
2. Go to the Diagnosis Area
3. Use the UPLOAD button to load your file
4. Once it's loaded, click on the File Section link again
5. The link to your file will appear to the right of the Diagnosis Area entry
6. Copy/paste it here.

You missed the last step, which was to post a link to the file as this saves us from having to run a search to find it, but I ran the search and found the file. Here is a link:
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=25868

Actually, now that I'm trying to download the file, I see that you never actually uploaded it, you just typed "3598 urc 1210" into the URL box, rather than using the "Chose file" button to select your file.
