That makes it clearer, you are getting regular NEC signals for all the other buttons and you're just seeing NEC-f16 for the one "BT" button.
In order to make one upgrade that contains all of the buttons, you would need to switch to the NEC-f16 executor. Basically, it lets you define each field (ie, dev, sub-device, OBC and OBC2) without any pre-defined rules. For normal NEC signals, the OBC2 position is just the complement of the OBC, so the user doesn't need to enter it.
So, if you use NEC-f16 for all the buttons, you would need to set OBC2 = 255 - OBC (ie, that is how you get the complement).
I have created an upgrade, based on the one that was in your Nevo file, and have added the BT button. I have also included a spreadsheet that will calculate the OBC2 values for you.
