Dreambox 7025 remote (URC-39930) and learning

The
remote chart lists the Dreambox v4 remote (ie, the URC-39930RJ0-03) as being a learning remote, but the
user manual doesn't mention anything about learning. I'm trying to determine if this remote can learn right out of the box or does it need a hardware modification.
This thread implies that there are missing components that need to be soldered in before learning will work. Is this true of all URC-39930 remotes, or just some of them?

My N3202LB Nordmende-TV dont work with the codes from manual, not with Codes from Support ( DreamMultimedia ).
URC39930RJ0-03 is works with this ! I have tested !

I have the missing components soldered and this works with my Nordmende TV !

Hello, same remote here. I can't get my "Orion TV37" working with it.
I doubt it is possible to teach this remote. The hardware has only the IR sender, no sensor.
Does it know more codes than the manual says? I tried all for the Orion brand.
Not I also tried the
(991) Code Search - Search for device code for your tv/etc.. After around 100 steps the devices really switches off. Then I store the setting by "SETUP button". But it does not turn on again, neither turns off as it did before storing. So I tried this procedure several times to be sure for not skipping the right setup. But I'm sure I store the setting which made it switch off. How can this happen?
