Just FYI, as of December 1st, Tommy's store has re-opened.
HOWEVER... if you are from one of the following 26 states, be aware that there will be a 50% surcharge on the total cost of your order:
CA, CO, CT, DE, DIST. of COLUMBIA, FL, HI, IL, IA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, VT, VA, or WA

List confused me at first-- shouldn't WI be on that list?
And, while DC certainly wants to be, the only state they're currently in is the state of taxation w/o representation.

I was hoping that Tommy would have withdrawn that by now himself, but as he hasn't, I have just deleted that section from the original post and will write to him offline about it. I won't tolerate that sort of discrimination here.
