Need bin-file for Foxtel IQ3 remote or Sky+ box

Post by marianne.boettger »

Hello folks,

just signed up here after being advised to do so by a slingbox enthusiast.

I´m looking for a bin-file for the Foxtel IQ3 (Australia) or Sky+ box (UK) which includes the original remote skin.

If someone can provide that and it will work I will reward that person via Paypal.

Thanks in advance.

We have a file section here (link at the top of this page) where you can search for items like this.

Here's the Foxtel:

And here's the Sky+:

Please don't PM me with remote questions, post them in the forums so all the experts can help!

Thanks for guiding me. Much appreciated. Do those files include remote skins so that they will look like the originals in the slingplayer menu?

The foxtel doesn't look like it has a realistic remote skin, but the sky+ seems like it has a realistic skin. The foxtel file name is V2010, which means it is of a default skin, while sky+ file name is S1123, which means it is of a realistic skin. I am not sure if the skin of sky+ is the same as your original one, though.

If you don't get a realistic skin when installing the sky+, try choosing satellite->custom, instead of cable->custom.
